- The contestant will have a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 3 minutes to talk on (one of) the topic(s) given.
- Points will be based on pronunciation, modulation, tense, sentence structure, completion within time, and relevance to the topic. This is a Telugu competition – participants will be evaluated on their Telugu speaking abilities only.
- Each contestant has to introduce himself/herself and state the topic before starting the speech.
- Judges' decision is final in all matters concerning results.
- Participants will be divided into four levels based on their age:
- Under 5 years
- 5 – 7 years
- 8 – 10 years
- 11 – 14 years (under 15 as of Jan 1 2026)
Note: Participants aged 15 and above are non-competitive. They will be invited to showcase their skills and will be awarded a certificate.
